We offer a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. If the device is defective, we will repair or replace the device, at our option, at no cost. It may be necessary to troubleshoot the issue before this determination can be made.
- Warranty replacement covers the device only. It does not extend to the Expansion Kit.
Step 1: Check the warranty policy for eligibility. We only replace items if they are proven to be defective or damaged. If you feel the item you have is defective, please contact support with the issue you are experiencing. We may need to do some troubleshooting first to determine if the device is defective or something else. If a warranty replacement is necessary - proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Complete the Return Request Form here > RRF
Step 3: Receive your RMA # and return instructions.
Step 4: Prepare your package for return.
Step 5: Receipt and Inspection.
Step 6: Warranty replacement order fulfilled and tracking number sent.
