Help! My tCheck 2 device is stuck on all green lights.
All green lights indicate that the device is in the Power On Self Test (POST) mode. Normally, this process takes about 10 seconds. If your device is stuck with 3 green lights for more than 15 seconds, please contact Customer Support.
Once the POST process is completed, the lights will turn blue-blue-green, meaning that the device is ready for a BLE connection to the app.
