RETURNS
The tCheck promise offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. To return your tCheck the device should be in the original packaging and must not have been disassembled. Please ensure that all accessories are included. Go here for our return process.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected,
- we will notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved,
- allow approximately 5 business days for us to process your return for refund after it has been received in our offices.
- your refund (less shipping costs) will be processed.
- A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.
- Depending on your bank institution it may take up to 3-5 business days for the reimbursement to appear on your account.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged under the warranty replacement policy (6 months). It may be necessary to troubleshoot the issue before this determination can be made. If you feel your item is defective, send an email to Customer Support with your order number to verify eligibility.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (not reimbursable).
